In the Work Place
In regard to workplace health and safety, we directly employ a team of professionals to provide support, monitor compliance and drive continuous improvement.
All our Site Foremen and Supervisors hold SSSTS or SMSTS, and our employees regularly take part in safety training at our Training Academy. Our goal is to safely deliver projects to the highest standards whilst surpassing our client's expectations.
State-of-the-Art Training Facility
Our state-of-the-art training facility was established to deliver a safe, competent, and qualified workforce. Our vision for training and workforce development is one of the most ambitious of any contractor working across our sector. We seek to exceed industry minimum standards and up-skill our operative base beyond that of our client’s expectations.
All training meets the industry-recognised standards and is accredited by the appropriate body (CITB, NPORS, PASMA, City and Guilds etc.)
