Health & Safety

We directly employ a dedicated team of Health and Safety professionals to provide guidance, monitor compliance and drive continuous improvement across all projects. All Site Foremen and Supervisors hold SSSTS or SMSTS qualifications, supported by regular training at our OHOB Training Academy.

Our goal is to deliver every project safely, to the highest standards, while exceeding client expectations.

State-of-the-art training facility

Our state-of-the-art Training Academy plays a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of health and safety across all OHOB projects.

From operatives to senior supervisors, every member of our team receives industry-recognised, accredited training through programmes approved by CITB, NPORS, PASMA and City & Guilds.

All Site Foremen and Supervisors hold SSSTS or SMSTS qualifications, ensuring competent leadership, effective supervision and safe working practices on every site.

By investing in continual learning and practical, site-ready skills, we embed a culture of safety, awareness and responsibility throughout our workforce.

Wellbeing

Through wellbeing initiatives, mental health awareness training and our partnership with the Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity, we ensure that help, guidance and understanding are always within reach.
