For more than twelve years, we have proudly supported St Raphael’s Hospice - the only specialist palliative care provider serving Merton and Sutton. Since becoming an independent charity in 2020, St Raphael’s receives only around 25 per cent of its funding from the NHS, relying on community and corporate partnerships to continue its vital work.
As the hospice’s biggest corporate sponsor, O’Halloran & O’Brien’s ongoing support - now totalling almost half a million pounds — helps to fund the essential services that make a real difference to patients and their families. Our annual donation contributes towards:
Round-the-clock nursing care for patients in the In-Patient Unit
Home visits from Clinical Nurse Specialists
Bereavement counselling sessions for patients loved ones
The work of the hospice’s Wellbeing Team
The continued employment of expert and dedicated nursing staff
