Delivered through the O’Halloran & O’Brien Training Academy, the Change Your Script programme empowers individuals from all backgrounds to develop new skills, gain confidence and take their first step into the industry.
The programme champions equality, diversity and inclusion, helping to reshape perceptions of construction and ensure opportunity is accessible to everyone. Supported by the CITB Impact Fund and delivered in collaboration with Barratt, it combines classroom learning with hands-on site experience.
Through our mobile training academy at Bollo Lane, training is brought directly to where it’s needed most — removing barriers and making entry into construction more achievable than ever.
