OHOB continue to represent the construction sector on the London Apprenticeship Ambassador Network (LAAN).

The LAAN is part of the government’s wider Apprenticeship Ambassador Network. The role of the network is to champion the ethos and culture of apprentices within the business community, and to encourage the uptake of more apprenticeship places.

OHOB have recently signed up 5 employees to an ILM supervisory apprenticeship programme. The ambition of this programme is to create a progression pathway from multiple entry routes in to supervisory and management positions within the business.
