O’Halloran & O’Brien delivered the structural and reinforced concrete works for Phase 1 of the Coronation Square development in Waltham Forest, comprising 429 new homes across buildings ranging from 7 to 18 storeys, together with a sports and leisure centre, community facilities, and commercial units.

Scope of Works:

Groundworks & Drainage – excavation, foundations, and installation of site-wide drainage and services
Reinforced Concrete Frames – columns, walls, beams, and slabs
Temporary Works – structural supports during precast and exoskeleton construction
Structural Design & Coordination – exoskeleton and steel trusses forming the podium over the Sports Hall
Specialist Installations – balcony brackets, brick support channels, and crane bases
