Before 2018, O’Halloran & O’Brien operated from our long-standing Morden offices and Northfleet yard. As the business expanded, we outgrew our Northfleet facilities and began searching for a larger operational base to support future growth.

In 2016, we secured over 52,000 m² (5.22 ha) of land in Gravesend, where we designed, built and developed a fully self-sufficient headquarters using our own teams and expertise.

Our Gravesend base now includes:

OHOB Offices (400 m²) – Purpose-built to support our Reinforced Concrete Frame Division.
B&T Plant Hire HQ (730 m²) – Central hub for heavy plant and small tools.
Workshop (125 m²) – Dedicated fabrication area where we produce bespoke safety and efficiency solutions
Fleet Operations – Managing our own transport fleet for the controlled and efficient movement of plant, materials and equipment between projects, depots, and divisions.

This investment has significantly increased our capacity for plant, formwork, and equipment storage, while strengthening support for both our operational and management teams.

Continuing Expansion

To accommodate ongoing demand, we have recently acquired an additional 9,500 m² adjoining our Gravesend site, where two new facilities are under construction:

Group Office Facility (400 m²)

All infrastructure, design and construction are managed in-house, supported by our trusted consultants in architecture, civil, structural and MEP design.
