The project involves full infrastructure and drainage installation, along with S278 road widening and resurfacing works to tie into the existing highway network.

Scope of Works:

Groundworks & Infrastructure – full site formation, drainage, and service installations
S278 Works – road widening, resurfacing, and tie-in to the public highway
Substructure Works – a mix of traditional and piled foundations across all plots
SUDs & Attenuation – permeable driveways, SUDs pond, and tank and crate systems for stormwater management
