Harvest Ride

O’Halloran & O’Brien successfully delivered the groundworks and infrastructure package for the landmark Woodhurst Park development in Warfield, Berkshire. Set within a 65-acre country park environment, the scheme comprises 788 new homes, including 115 designated affordable units.

Our scope of work covered full infrastructure delivery, including estate roads, extensive drainage networks, substructure works, S278 connections and the construction of a reinforced concrete bridge linking key areas of the site. Sustainable drainage systems were implemented throughout, featuring soakaway ponds and landscaped attenuation areas to complement the natural setting and enhance flood resilience.
