O’Halloran & O’Brien have acted as Principal Contractor for Phase 1, delivering around 400 residential units across seven blocks ranging from 7 to 13 storeys on the former site of Her Majesty’s Women’s Prison in Holloway.

Scope of Works:

Groundworks & Infrastructure – excavation, pile caps, ground beams, slabs and installation of two attenuation tanks
Reinforced Concrete Frames – verticals, slabs and stair cores
Drainage & Section 278 Works – deep drainage installation and road formation
Temporary Works & Public Protection – safeguarding neighbouring roads and properties
Subcontractor Coordination – overseeing brickwork, scaffolding and waterproofing packages
