O’Halloran & O’Brien are delivering the piling, groundworks, reinforced concrete frames, block and beam construction and external works across multiple phases of the Horlicks Quarter regeneration in Slough, transforming the historic Horlicks Factory into a new residential community of 879 homes with premium amenities including a nursery, café, co-working hub, gym, and residents’ lounge.

Scope of Works:

Piling & Groundworks - excavation, drainage, foundations and installation of site-wide services
Reinforced Concrete Frames - multi-storey RC frames across several residential blocks
Block & Beam Construction - installation of suspended ground floor systems
External Works - hard landscaping, access roads and public realm works
Heritage Coordination - preservation of key historic features, including the red chimney, clock tower, Horlicks lettering and listed war memorial
