Hurlingham Riverside

O’Halloran & O’Brien  acted as Principal Contractor for the Hurlingham Riverside development, delivering three RC frame blocks ranging from 8 to 12 storeys and comprising 269 new homes with ground-floor commercial space. Located between Wandsworth Bridge and the River Thames, the project incorporated river barge logistics for material transport and pile arising extraction, in line with planning conditions and sustainability objectives.
