O’Halloran & O’Brien delivered the piling, groundworks, reinforced concrete frames, and external works for Huntley Wharf in Reading, a landmark riverside development providing 765 new homes across three main blocks (East, Middle, and West) ranging from 5 to 11 storeys. The scheme also includes a central riverside square with retail, leisure, and community spaces.

Scope of Works:

Piling Attendance – installation support and coordination of piling operations
Groundworks & Substructure – excavation, drainage, foundations, and formation of a car park beneath a large shared podium
Reinforced Concrete Frames – multi-storey RC frames across all blocks
External Works – podium landscaping, access roads and hard paving finishes
