Knights Reach

O’Halloran & O’Brien are delivering the full groundworks and infrastructure package for Taylor Wimpey’s flagship Knights Reach development in Dartford. The works included the construction of 11 apartment blocks alongside 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom homes, with extensive roads, sewers and S278 connections. The site featured significant environmental and logistical challenges, including the removal of a 26,000m³ knotweed-contaminated soil heap — completed in just five weeks, averaging 110 muckaway loads per day while maintaining progress on other areas of the project.
