O’Halloran & O’Brien successfully delivered the groundworks and infrastructure package for the Loxwood Fields development in Alfold, Surrey. Set within a 12.5-acre country park environment, the scheme comprises 99 affordable new homes.

Our scope of work covered full infrastructure delivery, including estate roads, extensive drainage networks, foul pumping station, LPG gas storage, substructure and external works. Sustainable drainage systems were implemented throughout, featuring an attenuation pond and landscaped areas to complement the natural setting and enhance flood resilience.

Substructure Works – traditional foundations to all plots
SUDs & attenuation Pond – sustainable drainage systems integrated within landscaped areas
