OHOB have been appointed to deliver the substructure and superstructure for The Proposed Development and acted as PC for the first 6 months of the project. 

The project includes the construction of residential development, comprising eight blocks with eight under croft disable parking, resident’s courtyard, and soft / 

hard landscaping.

The Residential Blocks will vary in maximum heights from 4 to 17 storeys with Block D being two semi-detached houses.

The project is Located at the junction of Horn lane and the A40, more commonly known as Gypsy Corner.

Scope of Works:

  • Groundworks & Infrastructure – excavation, pile caps, ground beams, waterproof membrane installation, slabs, and installation of two attenuation tanks
  • Reinforced Concrete Frames – vertical elements, slabs, stair cores and stairs
  • Drainage, services & Section 278 Works – deep drainage installation, including the heading connection for the development
  • Block and beam design and installation for block D
  • Lightning protection design, clamp installation and coordination for the final commissioning
  • Temporary Works & Public Protection – safeguarding neighbouring roads and properties
  • Subcontractor Coordination – overseeing brickwork, scaffolding, and waterproofing packages for the first 6 months.
