O’Halloran & O’Brien delivered the groundworks, reinforced concrete frame, piling attendance and external works for a 31-storey residential tower in Leeds, providing 399 apartments comprising 1-, 2- and 3-bed units.

Scope of Works:

Groundworks & Piling Attendance – excavation, foundations, and piling support
Reinforced Concrete Frame – twin stair cores and double lift cores constructed using jump-form systems
Floor Construction – HV panel decking system with precision offsite-manufactured edge shutters
Temporary Works – bespoke design solutions at stepped levels 10 and 20
Innovative Equipment – use of a placing boom through permanent slab openings and multi-level formwork hoist to optimise crane operations
