The scheme comprises seven blocks ranging from 8 to 15 storeys, positioned across north and south plots with podium car parking and a newly formed central access road.

Scope of Works:

Piling & Crane Operations – management of piling attendance and crane hire
Groundworks & Drainage – excavation, installation of drainage, services and formation of new access road
Reinforced Concrete Frames – multi-storey RC frames over podium car parks
External Works – hard landscaping, paving and boundary works
