O’Halloran & O’Brien delivered the full groundworks package for The Nightingales, a major residential development comprising 239 new dwellings, including 81 affordable homes. The scheme features a mixture of 2, 3 and 4-bedroom houses and apartments, designed within a landscaped setting to create a high-quality living environment.

Works encompassed complete site infrastructure and groundworks, including roads and sewers constructed to adoptable standards, extensive drainage and attenuation systems, utility connections, and reinforced concrete substructures. Value engineering solutions were implemented throughout to enhance build efficiency, cost-effectiveness and long-term sustainability.
