The works include full roads, drainage, and services installation, S278 tie-ins, and SUDs systems, forming the essential infrastructure for this new residential community.

Scope of Works:

Groundworks & Infrastructure – installation of estate roads, drainage, and service networks across both phases
S278 Works – road and footpath reinstatement and emergency access construction
Substructure Works – traditional foundations for all plots
SUDs & Attenuation Systems – stormwater management using ponds, permeable driveways, tanks, crate systems, and bioretention strip verges
External Works – finishing, kerbing, an d general hard landscaping
