Scope of Works:

• Groundworks and Infrastructure – excavation, pile caps, ground beams, slabs and installation of waterproof basements
• Reinforced Concrete Frames – verticals, slabs and stair cores
• Precast Elements – design and installation of precast stair flights and walls
• Construction Methods – use of jump cores, screens and climbing cranes
• Architectural Concrete – construction of feature staircases, urban concrete finishes and fair-faced concrete work

Buildings:

E1 / E2 and the Road Box Construction of groundworks and infrastructure, including excavation, pile caps, ground beams, ground floor slabs and reinforced concrete frames across three buildings. Block E1 comprised a six-storey structure, E2 included a double basement and 38 storeys and the Road Box involved a double basement with reinforcement of the existing cofferdam and Banna Wall.

Block G:

Construction of groundworks and infrastructure, including basement excavation, pile caps, ground beams, ground floor slabs and a 27-storey reinforced concrete frame.

Block B1:

Completion of foundations and concrete frame up to mezzanine level, with a reinforced concrete core to level 20 and subsequent tower crane installation on top of the core.

Blocks G1,G5 & G7:

Construction of groundworks and infrastructure, including excavation, pile caps, ground beams, slabs and reinforced concrete frames across three buildings ranging from podium level to G7, which rose to 11 storeys.

Blocks E3/E4:

Construction of groundworks and infrastructure, including excavation, pile caps, ground beams, ground floor slabs and a reinforced concrete frame rising to 53 storeys.

Blocks J1/J2 & J3:

Construction of groundworks and infrastructure, including excavation, pile caps, ground beams, ground floor slabs and reinforced concrete frames. Block J1 rose to 34 storeys, J2 comprised 2 storeys and J3 reached 49 storeys.

Blocks J4/J5:

Construction of groundworks and infrastructure, including excavation, pile caps, ground beams, ground floor slabs and reinforced concrete frames. Block J4 rose to 30 storeys and J5 comprised 8 storeys.

Block B2:

Construction of groundworks and infrastructure, including excavation, pile caps, basement, ground beams and ground floor slab for the Troubadour Theatre building.
