We are proud Gold Members of the Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity, the only organisation dedicated entirely to the emotional, physical and financial wellbeing of the UK and Ireland’s construction community and their families.
Through our membership and ongoing donations, we help fund vital services that ensure no construction worker or their family ever feels alone in a crisis.
The Lighthouse team has visited our sites as part of their #Help Inside the Hard Hat and #MakeItVisible campaigns, engaging directly with our teams and raising awareness of mental health support across the industry.
In 2024, their #MakeItVisible team visited 572 sites and engaged with over 28,000 people, providing essential support and promoting open conversations about wellbeing across the construction community.
Our operatives proudly wear Help Inside the Hard Hat high-visibility vests — a visible reminder that support is always available and that, within the OHOB family, looking after one another always comes first.
